Rooney

Rooney is a five piece band of Los Angeles natives that formed in early 2000. After self releasing two EPS and establishing a loyal following around L.A. and Orange County, the band signed with Geffen Records in 2002. The band toured relentlessly behind their self titled debut until the end of 2004, when they returned to L.A. to make another record. After many delays through '05 and '06, the band recorded the highly anticipated follow up, "Calling the World” with producer John Fields (Andrew wk, Switchfoot, Har Mar Superstar.) The sophomore album was released world wide on July 17th 2007 and features the melodic songwriting and dynamic playing and singing the band is known for. The first single broke into the VH-1 top 20 countdown where it peaked at number 8 and has become a top ten radio hit all across Europe.

Matt Costa

Matt Costa (born Matthew Albert Costa June 16, 1982) is a singer/songwriter from Huntington Beach, California. He has released four independent compact discs: a self-titled five-song EP in 2003, a full-length CD entitled Songs We Sing, a six song EP titled The Elasmosaurus EP in 2005 and the full-length album Unfamiliar Faces in 2008.
Costa compensated for his late start skateboarding with intense dedication to the sport and in a matter of years nearly turned pro. In 2003, that path shifted drastically when Matt shattered his leg in a skateboarding accident. The injury required eighteen months of recovery and rehabilitation. During that downtime, Matt directed his energy, passion and talent toward the guitar, writing and recording simple tunes. Initially, a mini tape recorder served as his crude studio. Matt's songwriting later flourished when he invested in a 4-track recorder.

Grandaddy

Grandaddy was an indie rock group from Modesto, California, United States.
Grandaddy was formed in 1992 by singer..guitarist/keyboardist Jason Lytle, guitarist Jim Fairchild , bassist Kevin Garcia, and drummer Aaron Burtch. In 1995, and keyboardist Tim Dryden joined the band. (highly recommended)

Dimitri From Paris

Dimitri From Paris is a French music producer and DJ of Greek origins. His musical influences are rooted in 1970's funk and disco sounds that spawned contemporary house music, as well as original soundtracks from 50s and 60s cult movies such as Breakfast at Tiffany's and The Party. Dimitri fused these sounds with electro and block party hip hop he discovered in the 80s.




This is for those avid scotch drinkers..the song has a couple of excerpts from the movie "Breakfast At Tiffany's" ...very nice..and loungy.
